What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro/Switch, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express and Paypal.
Can I amend an existing order?
As soon as your order is placed, we aim to despatch the item as soon as possible. Once your item has been despatched, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes. However, should you need to make an amendment, please get in touch as soon as possible and if we can, we will.
How will my order be sent to me?
We have created excellent relationships with a variety of carriers to ensure the best possible delivery service for our clothing. As a result, we cannot confirm the method of shipping for your order until we receive your order. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notifying you of this and inclusive of a tracking number from the courier.
Are my details safe when shopping on your site?
All transactions made on our site are protected by a third party payment gateway. We ask for payment details during the ordering process and these details are encrypted using a SSL secure server before sending and are only ever stored in this encrypted format.
